REQUIREMENTS

An informative, comprehensive and graphically appealing platform on the subject of motorhomes was to be programmed and laid out for ALPS ALPINE EUROPE GmbH. Particularly important to the client was a community area in which customers can actively contribute to the website with their own contributions, e.g. with recipe suggestions or travel recommendations. In addition, a travel route map was to be integrated as part of a cooperation with ferienstraßen.info.

IMPLEMENTATION

Valantic DXA took over the custom programming and design of the new platform. Initially, the implementation of the project in Wordpress was considered, but in the end the client and valantic DXA decided on a Pimcore solution. The desired community area including registration and login function was also implemented here. The friendly logo design and the full-screen motif on the start page were complemented and rounded off by valantic DXA with, among other things, the matching icons in the menu bar.
