A detailed look at our application process

Are you interested in a career at valantic DXA (vDXA) and would like to know how the application process works? We appreciate your interest and would like to give you a transparent and detailed insight into the individual steps. At vDXA, you can expect a dynamic environment in which the focus is on your personal and professional development.

1. The first step: Your application

The first step on your way to vDXA is your application. You have the option of either applying for a specific job advertisement or submitting a speculative application. It is important that you let us know which of our specialized chapters you are interested in. At valantic DXA, we work in different chapters, each of which has its own focus and tasks.

2. The initial interview: a first impression

Once we have received your application, we will invite you to an initial, informal interview with our HR department. The purpose of this interview is to get to know each other. You will learn more about vDXA, our corporate culture and our values. We want to learn more about your motivation, your professional goals and your personality to find out whether we are a good fit.

3. The job interview: an in-depth exchange

If the first interview is a hit, there will be another interview with the specialist department. In this interview, we will go into more detail about your previous knowledge and experience. You will also receive more specific information about the agency and the respective chapter. Of course, you will get the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. We will tell you more about our agency and culture and discuss what a possible path together could look like.

4. Meet the Team: Get to know two colleagues

After the interview, we will invite you to meet two other colleagues that you have not met before. You may also meet other team leads or potential colleagues from the team who you would like to work with. This will give you an even better impression of your future working environment and the people you will be working with.

5. The decision: Time for reflection

After the interviews, both sides have time to review and reflect on the discussions. We will get back to you promptly with our feedback and look forward to hearing from you. This step allows both parties to consider the impressions gained and make an informed decision.

6. The contract meeting: working out the details

If we can both decide on a common path, a contract meeting follows. In this meeting, we clarify all the framework conditions, such as your salary, working hours and other relevant aspects. You will then receive a written job offer from us. The purpose of the conversation is to clarify all the specifics and ensure that both sides are satisfied.

Your start at vDXA: Welcome to the team!

Once all questions have been answered and the employment contract has been signed, your first day at vDXA can begin. From day one, you will be part of a chapter and a team to which you will be warmly welcomed. During onboarding, you will get to know the agency, your colleagues and the exciting projects. You will gradually take on more responsibility. You can contribute your own ideas and help shape the digital future of our clients. In addition to your lead and your direct team colleagues, you will have a personal buddy to support you, answer your questions and help you settle in quickly.
