How did you come to valantic DXA and how long have you been here?

I came to valantic DXA through Danyal (a colleague) because he also knew that I was studying marketing in my master's degree.

How does the working student job help you with your studies?

On the one hand, it helps me financially, of course, because it makes me more independent and self-sufficient during my studies, and on the other hand, I can get to know and apply theoretical knowledge from my studies in practice.

But the most important aspect is, of course, that I gain experience through my working student job at valantic DXA in the field in which I am also studying and would like to work later: in marketing.

What does your work at valantic DXA look like?

Currently, I am getting to know many different areas and am getting to know a bit of everything. This ranges from research to SEO texts to my own Google Ads campaigns. I find that very good, because I can build up a broad knowledge.

How did you come to valantic DXA and how long have you been here?

I completed my internship semester at valantic DXAand was then "taken on" as a working student from the beginning of 2022.

How does the working student job help you with your studies?

Since my studies are rather theoretical, the working student job at valantic DXA helps me a lot to apply and deepen the theoretical knowledge. With practical experience, it is generally easier to learn and understand theoretical things.

What does your work at valantic DXA look like?

I work in a team in which I am assigned a wide variety of tasks, which I then complete independently. If certain things are new to me, I often have a look over the shoulder of my colleagues while they are working, in order to learn and better understand these new things.

How did you come to valantic DXA and since when have you been here?

During my school days I was already interested in digital things, especially programming. After graduating from secondary school, I started looking for apprenticeships as an IT specialist in application development and ended up at valantic DXA in 2011. After my apprenticeship I decided to study and since then I have been working as a student trainee at valantic DXA.

How does the working student job help you with your studies?

With partly theoretical lectures, you are always happy about the practical variety. In addition, you can apply the concepts you have learned in practice from time to time.

What does your work at valantic DXA look like?

Most of the time, I work on tasks that can be spread out over several weeks, which makes it easy to combine them with everyday university life. I also benefit from the fact that I have been working at DGLTS for a long time and know the internal processes.
