As a full-service agency, we can offer internships in a wide variety of departments - whether you're interested in web development, content management or marketing, for example. To ensure that interns can work in depth and gain relevant work experience, we offer internships of at least 3 months.

An internship with us has many advantages for you. You will get an insight into the work of a digital agency. On the one hand, you can gain work experience and on the other hand, you can get an idea of the daily routine at our company. Independent work is very important to us. This means that as an intern you will be given responsibility and your own tasks at an early stage. During your internship, you will be considered a team member. Collaboration is one of the most important aspects of our projects and we will involve you as part of the team.
If you are interested in continuing our collaboration together, you will have many opportunities to work long-term at valantic DXA after your successfully completed internship. Depending on where you want to go after your internship, you have the possibility to start an apprenticeship, a dual study program, a position as a working student or directly as a permanent employee.

Why did you apply for an internship at valantic DXA?

I applied for an internship at valantic DXA because I was very interested in the field of marketing - especially in the online area. My plan was to start a dual study program in this field and I wanted to gain some experience beforehand.

What was your daily routine like as an intern?

When I started, I first had to be introduced to the tasks and areas. That means that in the beginning there were short training sessions and explanations from colleagues every now and then. Everyone was super helpful and always took time for me when I had questions about tasks or programs. Actually, I was given my first tasks right from the beginning, which was particularly helpful in becoming more familiar with the programs. As time went on, I got more and more involved in the work and was given more tasks and responsibility.

What did you like about your internship at valantic DXA?

During my time as an intern, I was given tasks very quickly and was able to work independently. If I had any questions, I could always turn to my colleagues and they were always very helpful. Right from the start, I had the feeling that I could really make a contribution and not just be an observer. I also received a super warm welcome from all my colleagues and felt like I belonged there right from the start.

What happened after your internship?

In the end, it worked out so well that I even did the dual study program together with valantic DXA and that's why I'm still here now after 2 ½ years ;)

Why did you apply for an internship at valantic DXA?

I have always been interested in web development, so I wanted to do my internship in this area. I became aware of valantic DXA through the internet. Since the website was very appealing, I applied as an intern.

What was your everyday life like as an intern?

Since I went into the internship without much prior knowledge, I was taught a wide range of skills, which were deepened in a variety of tasks. Initially through exercises and later through my own small tasks. The day-to-day office life was very pleasant. The good conversations with colleagues, the coffee and the lunch were an optimal compensation and a good motivation boost for me.

What did you like about your internship at valantic DXA?

I really liked the interaction with each other in the team and in the company in general. Whether work-related or private - questions and concerns were always answered quickly and nicely. I also learned a lot, which meant that I was able to work independently as a trainee only a short time after the internship.

What happened after your internship?

I completed my internship semester at valantic DXA and was then "taken on" as a working student from 16.01.2022.

Why did you apply for an internship at valantic DXA?

After my dual studies, I wanted to try something new and my gut feeling had somehow been pulling me in the marketing direction for a while. So far, I hadn't worked in the marketing field at all and in my business studies I had taken the marketing course, but not in much depth. Instead, I chose Entrepreneurship & Entrepreneurship as my major. One of my projects was about founding a startup for a limited period of time. My team developed a business idea around a Tiny House and I personally enjoyed implementing our marketing ideas. I guess that's where the gut feeling towards marketing came from and the decision to do an internship at valantic DXA in this area. It was also clear to me that I wanted to take a closer look at my potential new employer valantic DXA during the internship. What are the colleagues like, the working atmosphere, the work and company structures? I wanted to take a first look and then decide whether I could imagine working there for a longer period of time. The Traunstein location was also very important to me, since I can easily cycle there from where I live. I also liked the presentation on the social media channels, it seemed to be a young dynamic (mountain / sports enthusiastic) team and I saw myself in it.

What was your everyday life like as an intern?

When we were still in lockdown, I started my position as an intern in home office. On the first day, I picked up my laptop, headset, etc. in the office and got a detailed introduction. From the second day on, I was in home office, but tickets were immediately assigned to me. My colleagues explained the work tasks to me in detail via teams and I took part in regular meetings. I felt very well integrated and had plenty of tasks.

What did you like about your internship at valantic DXA

I thought it was great that it was possible to start my internship despite the lockdown and that I was introduced to my tasks in home office. Although I didn't expect it at all, I already received payment for my internship. That just immediately gave me the feeling that I was appreciated here. Often, I was also given creative tasks, where it was even an advantage not to be "an expert", but to look at certain websites from the point of view of a normal user. I particularly liked being involved as an intern in this way, which again gives a feeling of appreciation and that my opinion as an intern also counts.

What happened after your internship?

After my internship, I was taken on directly as a permanent employee.
