Consulting on the operation, optimization and further development of digital products and platform strategies
Supporting the implementation of innovative digital (sub-) projects in the sense of a "proof of concept
Development of system recommendations for modern IT system landscapes consisting of PIM, CRM, CMS and/or marketing automation
Analysis of digital trends and developments and their influence on markets, target groups, business models and organizational structures
Realization of digital strategies, customer journeys, products, services and processes
Design and collaboration in implementation projects with focus on platform strategy and integration
Exchange and collaboration with other areas, as well as adoption of new approaches to improve the area
Contribute to the technical development of existing digital solutions and exhibits
We work holistically, which for you means that you manage project execution, create project plans as well as create work packages and are the central contact person
You create transparency in project management and enable the customer to resolve obstacles independently
Moderation of workshops on management level
Participation in market analyses of immersive technologies as well as the evaluation of new applications and their possible uses
Test management and requirements management
Conception, planning and execution of test use cases, definition of success criteria as well as measurement of success, coordination of all parties involved, management-oriented preparation of project progress and results

Initial experience in digital consulting
Affinity for agile methods, change management, project management, creative workshop methods (design thinking)
Degree in business/computer science or comparable professional experience with focus on design and development of cloud, web, and application platform strategies
Ideally first -implementation of web, cloud-native, data, RPA or cognitive platforms incl. deployment and operational models e.g. for CI/CD, Microservice Architecture and Domain Driven Design
Understanding of (multi-)platform orchestration and administration, as well as -, API management and security.
In-depth knowledge of components of a modern digital platform
Willingness to implement concepts and strategies "hands-on" at customer sites
Strong interest in digital topics such as automation, user experience, data analytics or AI
Basic understanding of modern methodologies, consulting styles, project approach or frameworks
You have strong communication and presentation skills as well as very good German and English skills
An independent, goal-oriented approach to work as well as strong communication and presentation skills
You are passionate about innovative technologies
You have experience in database structures and an affinity for programming
Knowledge of project management and agency control is an advantage
